Is Junior Studio's owned by RAD Video?

No, RAD Video does not have any ownership interests in Junior Studio. An agreement has been made for RAD Video to run the Junior Studio website. RAD Video also handles the sale of Junior Studio videos from this website.

What does your membership fee cover?

Junior Studio's adult access fee allows adults in unrestricted locations to view all of our erotic images. We charge a nominal membership fee for access to our online images for two reasons. First, if our images were in a free section of our site, the number of users accessing our images would increase so greatly that it would slow down our server and our customers ability to access our site. Second, a Federal Regulation suggests that a credit card verification is one of the items required in restricting access to minors; and Junior Studio is determined to do what ever possible to restrict access to minors. This membership fee also allows access to RAD Video's adult images.

What will I see when I enter Junior Studio Members Only areas?

Our members only areas include the following:

  • Video Clips

Why do you charge for membership when you just refund it when I make a purchase?

I am concerned about security on the Internet, and I would prefer not to enter my credit card information online. Tell me about your online security?

Junior Studio has gone to great lengths to insure secure communications from your computer to our server. We are using a server which enables secure commerce to be conducted over global networks using the open Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for Internet security. SSL provides encryption, and message integrity using technology from RSA Data Security. This allows you to submit orders and information to us without worrying about your credit card numbers being intercepted by others on the Internet. Unfortunately, you must have a Web Browser that is compatible with Netscape Commerce Server, like the Netscape Navigator. How safe is placing your credit card online is a hotly debated topic. We at Junior Studio believe that it is easier for your credit card number to be stolen and used at your local gas station or restaurant that on our secured server. For those of you who do not want to place your credit card online, you may still place your order online, select the button for phoning in your credit card and call RAD Video with your credit card number, 1-800-722-4336. You may leave a message on our message center if we are not able to answer the phone.

Why do you use cookies and what are they all about?

Junior Studio uses cookies to enhance our shopping cart feature and remember information about customers who sign up for our members only areas. The cookie sent to your browser from our web site is an ID cookie. When you use our shopping cart by clicking a link or an "Order Now" button a shopping cart fills up with the items you select. I don't have a credit card, can I still join Junior Studio Adult Site?

If you'd like to join Junior Studio online store but don't have a credit card, are uncomfortable putting your credit card online, or would rather pay with a check or money order; you may do so with the printable membership form. Fill it out and mail it to us along with your payment.

I am an American Online user (or I use Prodigy or CompuServe). Your online member registration form wants me to enter my email address, but I don't know what my email address is. How can I find it out?

Determine what your American Online user name is and simply attach '@aol.com' ('@prodigy.com' or ' @compuserve.com') to the end of it. For example, if your American Online screen name is 'Johndoe', then your Internet email address would be 'Johndoe@aol.com'. If you can't figure yours out go to the member services section of your online company and ask for help from an administrator.

When I use my credit card, how do the charges appear on my credit card statement at the end of the month?

Charges appear simply as "RAD Video, Inc".

I am concerned about my privacy. If I join Junior Studio Online Store will my name be given or sold to others or used for mailing lists?

No. Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidential. We will never sell your name to anyone else. Nor, will we use your information to promote our goods and services unless you specifically request it. We will not put you on our mailing list unless you ask us to do so by emailing your request to or ask to be put on our mailing list via the special instructions on your order form.

If I purchase some items, what kind of shipping containers are used and are they discreet?

All orders are shipped in plain boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. UPS shipments, and large USPS orders are shipped in plain brown boxes.

How long does it typically take for me to receive my merchandise once I have placed an order?

All orders are processed and ship out within three business days unless one or more of the items you've ordered is backordered. USPS usually delivers your package within 3 days after we ship them out to you. UPS can take up to 2 weeks. So please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

Unless arranged ahead of time, express shipping (2nd day, Next Day, Fed Ex, etc.) is sent AFTER the order has been completely processed in-house (see below). For example if you want a video sent to you FedEx, that means that we will ship it to you via FedEx when we are done processing the order, it doesn't mean that if you place an order today, you should expect FedEx at your door the next morning (although, that has been known to happen). If you need an order by a specific date, then please feel free to drop us a line at and we will let you know if it is possible. We will always try our best to work with your deadline.

All orders are shipped to you in there entirety. This means that if you've ordered five items and one of these items are on backorder, we will wait to get that item in before shipping it to you. Most orders for other movies are usually shipped within 4-6 days. If we have to order an item that we do not carry in stock, shipment depends on the length of time it takes for us to get the item. We ship only UPS ground and US mail, both of which, depending on where you are, can take from 1-7 days (within the USA) or 3-15 days (outside the USA) in transit.

Do you accept international members?

Yes, but you must live in a country that allows this form of communication and as long as you are an Adult (at least 21 years old) you may become a member of Junior Studio online store and download all the gif's available. We currently only ship to certain locations inside and outside of the United States. Please see our shipping policies.
