International Shipping Locations & Policies

We currently only ship our adult products to certain destinations within the United States and across the world, but there are some things we need to explain.

On all international shipments:

1. Videos are shipped either Global Priority Mail or Air Mail. This is the most economical method of shipping outside of the United States. Compliance with import regulations is the responsibility of the international customer. No refunds are made for confiscated shipments. If you order more than one video, we ship them in separate packages on different days.

2. When shipping your video, we remove the outer box and labels.

3. All videos are received from the manufacturer in NTSC format. Most countries outside the US do not support this format. If you have a video cassette player that will play NTSC format then you won't have any problems with our tapes. If you are unsure if your VCR will handle NTSC, please find out prior to ordering our videos. We do not sell videos in other formats, nor are we able to convert to the format you may need.

• Western Europe - Belgium, Denmark, France (includes Monoco), Finland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, The Netherlands, Switzerland (includes Liechtenstein), Austria, Spain
• Pacific Rim - Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan

Additional Shipping Charges (In addition to our regular $4.50 S&H charge)

5. We do not ship to any of the locations on our Restricted Locations list.
